Driving Record and Points

Good Afternoon Fans of the Traffic Ticket Office

First, I want to congratulate our February ”Top Fan” Mercedes Moreno on her winning the mini Ipad. An award ceremony presentation photo to follow.

We thank all our fans who participated and now is your chance to enter our own “March Madness” contest for 2 great lower level seat tickets for a “Miami Heat” game at the American Airlines Arena.

So remember, “like”, “comment” or “share” us on our Facebook page: http://facebook.com/TrafficTicketOffice for a chance to be our March Top Fan winner and to see our Champions, the Miami Heat, continue their record breaking game winning streak. Remember no traffic tickets for speeding on the way to the Arena!

Now, to answer a traffic ticket questions raised by one of our fans this past month. And remember, this is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice or establishing an attorney-client relationship. If you have a specific legal question, call us at (305) LAW-FIRM (529-3476) to speak to one of our attorneys for a free consultation.

Can a civil infraction ticket (red light, speeding (under 30mph over limit), illegal turn etc.) be erased from your driving record?

When we get a Dismissal of your ticket, Points are never assessed on your Driver’s License. However, the ticket remains on your Driving History Record, but only a Guilty Finding and an Adjudication, within the past three (3) years, can be considered for accumulating points for a license suspension. So, a Withhold of Adjudication will not add points to your license, nor can it affect your insurance rates, unless you have been involved in an accident.

But remember, when your case comes before the Judge, your entire driving history is in front of him on his computer screen and it may impact his decision. So it is really important to let us fight for your rights and to WIN those tickets!

And remember our “Money Back No Points Guarantee”. (NO POINTS for civil infractions only, in most cases, or your fee for representation refunded – Traffic Ticket Office).

NEXT TIME WE WILL DISCUSS SEALING AND EXPUNGING CRIMINAL AND CRIMINAL TRAFFIC RECORDS.

TILL THEN, DRIVE SAFELY, BUCKLE UP AND OBSERVE ALL TRAFFIC LAWS…BUT WHEN YOU NEED US…WE ARE THERE! CALL FOR A FREE CONSULTATION (305) LAW-FIRM (529-3476).
